Rockit is provided in download version,
and upon purchase, your registration and unlock
information is delivered directly to your email address.
Note: You can easily save the downloaded installation file to
CD, Flash Drive, etc. for a convenient backup, or
download again at any time from our download page.

Rockit V3.x codes are not compatible with
V4.0.
If you are a current registered Rockit
user, and fall within the free upgrade period (you
purchased between 12/22/06 - 12/21/07), please send us
an email via our
Support page with your current registration info,
and we will send your free upgrade. If you purchased
Rockit prior to 12/22/06, use the Purchase Upgrade

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -- PLEASE READ

You will receive your registration information
via the email address you provide to either of our
payment companies.
Occasionally there is a slight delay due to network
traffic and other factors, but you will generally have
your registration code and unlock instructions within 5
- 60 minutes. The biggest cause of
delay, is using an invalid or mistyped email address, as
we then have no way to contact you. If you do not
receive your code within 24 hours, please contact us at
845-568-5833, or send an email to our support address on
the
Support page.

Setting
your new Registration Unlock Code: You will receive
instructions for unlocking the trial version along with your registration code when you
purchase the software. Please print out and save a copy
of this information when you receive it. You will
receive a completed order email from the payment
processor you choose above, and then a second email
directly from us with the registration information.

Software License:
Code is valid for one computer only. If you wish to use
the software on more than one computer at a time, you
will need to purchase separate licenses. When you receive your code, the sale is
final. Note: You are able to keep Rockit Pro DJ
installed on a backup or practice computer for your use
only, provided you (or someone else) are not using both
at the same time.

Upgrades: If you are purchasing an
upgrade, you will need to provide
your current registration information for verification
purposes. They are processed manually by us, so you will
have them quickly during business hours, or first thing
in the morning of the next business day.

Upgrade Policy: As
of the release of V4.0, we have changed our upgrade
policy. When you purchase Rockit, you will now be
entitled to all minor version upgrades. What that means
simply, is that you will receive all upgrades free,
until we move to the next major release, which will be
5.0.

Refunds: Because of the nature of
software, once we have sent a registration
code, we are unable to refund a transaction. You can
trial the software for as long as you like prior to
purchasing it, so we think this is a fair policy for
both you and our company.

Credit Card Fraud/Chargebacks:
We take credit card fraud, and identity theft,
seriously at SoftJock. Our legal team will prosecute
anyone who purchases our products using a stolen
credit card, credit card information, or other means
to obtain our software illegally, and without paying
for it themselves, or attempts a chargeback after a
sale for the purposes of getting our product(s)
free. Our payment processors track the internet and
computer information you use to purchase our
software, and it can easily be traced.

Privacy: Your privacy is assured
with us, as we do not handle any of the payment details,
do not see your credit card information, etc. Our
payment processing companies are two of the best and
most reputable in the world. We do not give, rent or
sell your email address or any other information to anyone.
